Getting started in 4 steps

1

Create your account and set up your brokerage profile

Go to admin.kycert.com.br and register your brokerage. Enter your CNPJ, legal name, and choose a unique slug — this becomes the base of your customer-facing onboarding portal URL at cadastro.kycert.com.br/{slug}.
2

Configure your KYC verification template

In the dashboard, navigate to Bureau → Templates → New Template. Select the data sources you want to run against each customer, assign them to the appropriate execution phase (critical, important, or additional), and define blocking rules for INVALID results.
3

Invite your compliance team

Go to Settings → Users & Roles and invite your analysts, managers, and auditors. Assign each person a role — admin, compliance, comercial, or viewer — to match their responsibilities and access level.
4

Go live — share your onboarding portal with customers

Your white-label portal is ready at cadastro.kycert.com.br/{slug}. Customize your logo and brand colors in Settings → Branding, then share the link with customers to start collecting registrations and running automated KYC checks.
kycert also exposes a full REST API so your engineering team can trigger bureau runs, register customers, and receive real-time results via webhook — all from your own systems. To get started with the API, see the API Introduction.
