The kycert compliance dashboard is your team’s central command center for KYC/AML operations. Compliance officers and analysts use it to monitor every stage of the customer verification lifecycle — from the moment a registration arrives through the final approval or rejection decision. Access your dashboard at admin.kycert.com.br/{your-slug}, where {your-slug} is your brokerage’s unique identifier. Every page you see is scoped exclusively to your tenant — no data from other brokerages is ever visible.

Dashboard Home

When you log in, the dashboard home loads your key performance indicators at a glance. The KPI cards across the top of the page show:
  • Total Customers — the total number of active registrations in your tenant (excludes inactive records).
  • Pending Review — customers currently in em_analise status, waiting for an analyst decision.
  • Approved — customers that have passed compliance review and are cleared for FX operations.
  • Rejected — customers that failed compliance checks.
  • Bureau Runs Today — the number of automated KYC verification runs executed in the current calendar day.
Below the KPI cards you’ll find a 30-day registration volume chart — an area chart showing new customer registrations by calendar day. Use this to spot onboarding spikes, seasonal patterns, or gaps that may require staffing adjustments. Further down the page, the Work Queue lists every customer who needs attention right now. The queue groups cases by urgency:
  • Overdue — customers in em_analise for more than 48 hours, or in pendencia for more than 5 days. These cases are highlighted and require immediate action to meet BCB 3.978 timelines.
  • In Analysis — customers actively under review, within normal processing time.
  • Pending — customers who were asked to supply additional documents and whose response is still awaited.
Each work queue row shows the customer’s name, type (PF or PJ), and how long they have been in the current status. Click any row to go directly to that customer’s full profile. The sidebar on the left side of every page gives you access to all modules in kycert.

Role-Based Access

kycert enforces role-based access control across every module. Your account administrator assigns a role to each team member when creating their invitation.
RoleCapabilities
adminFull access: customers, bureau, users, settings, developer tools, and all configuration
complianceApprove, reject, and pend customers; view bureau run results and risk console; cannot manage users or settings
comercialView only the customers explicitly assigned to them; no bureau or settings access
viewerRead-only access across all areas; cannot take any action that modifies data
Sessions time out automatically after a period of inactivity to protect sensitive compliance data. You can configure the inactivity timeout threshold in Settings → Security. If your session expires, kycert redirects you to the login page and preserves your last URL so you return to the right place after re-authenticating.
