Your kycert onboarding portal is fully white-labeled — customers see your brokerage’s identity at every step, not kycert’s. From the logo in the header to the colors on buttons and the links in the footer, every visual element reflects your brand. Configure all branding options in Settings → Branding in your kycert dashboard.

Branding options

The following options are available in Settings → Branding. Changes take effect immediately for all new portal sessions.

Logo

Upload your brokerage’s logo file. It appears at the top of every portal page and in email notifications sent to your customers.

Primary color

Set your brand’s main hex color. kycert applies it to buttons, the step progress bar, links, and interactive accents throughout the portal wizard.

Secondary color

Set a complementary accent color used for highlights and secondary UI elements. Defaults to #D97757 if not configured.

Company name & CNPJ

Your company name appears in the portal header and footer. Your CNPJ is displayed in the footer for regulatory transparency.

WhatsApp number

Enter your support WhatsApp number to add a floating WhatsApp button on every portal page, giving customers a direct line to your team during registration.

Social links

Add links for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and your website. All configured links appear as icons in the portal footer.

Portal URL

Your portal is always reachable at cadastro.kycert.com.br/{slug}, where {slug} is the unique identifier assigned to your brokerage when you created your kycert account. This slug appears in every customer-facing URL and in all communications. The slug cannot be changed after account creation, so share the full URL with your customers and in your marketing materials with confidence.

KYC policy settings

In addition to visual branding, you control the compliance behavior of the portal in Settings → KYC Policy.

PEP policy

Configure how kycert handles a customer’s positive PEP (Politically Exposed Person) self-declaration:
OptionBehavior
manual_reviewThe customer’s registration is paused and routed to your compliance team for manual review. This is the default.
auto_approveThe registration proceeds to approved status automatically, even with a PEP declaration. Use only if your internal policy explicitly permits this.
auto_rejectThe registration is automatically rejected when the customer declares PEP status.

Required documents

You configure which document types each customer must upload before they can submit. kycert ships with a default set per registration type:
  • PF (individuals): identity document front (identidade_frente), proof of address (comprovante_endereco), selfie (selfie).
  • PJ (companies): articles of incorporation (contrato_social), CNPJ proof (comprovante_cnpj).
You can remove default document types, add custom document types with your own label and description, or hide specific presets — all without any code changes.

Terms and conditions

Upload your custom terms text or provide a URL to your existing terms page. Customers must read and explicitly accept your terms before submitting. Every acceptance is timestamped and stored in an append-only audit log for LGPD compliance. If you do not configure custom terms, kycert’s standard terms are shown.

Custom success screen

After a customer submits their registration, they land on the success screen. You configure the message they see in Settings → Portal → Success Message. You can set separate messages for each possible outcome state — approved, em_analise (in review), recusado (rejected), and pendencia (pending action) — and include a call-to-action label and URL to redirect customers (for example, back to your brokerage’s website). Use this screen to set clear expectations: let customers know the typical review time and what to do while they wait.

Open Graph metadata

Configure the social preview card that appears when customers share your portal URL on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other platforms. In Settings → Branding → Open Graph, you can set a custom title, description, and preview image. This ensures your portal looks professional and on-brand when shared.

Session timeout

For compliance with access control requirements, configure automatic inactivity logout in Settings → Security. When a customer leaves the portal open without activity for longer than your configured threshold, kycert logs them out and requires re-authentication before they can continue.
After saving your branding settings, test the portal from your customer’s perspective by opening cadastro.kycert.com.br/{slug} in an incognito or private browser window. This lets you see exactly what a first-time customer sees, with no cached session or admin context.
